SOLD! To our amazing buyers! We received a call last year from a couple looking to relocate back to San Diego from Hawaii. They had seen our Pacific Gate community video and fell in love with the community! They visited in early 2022 to tour Pacific Gate along with several other buildings in Downtown to make sure this was a good fit.... and it was! We visited many communities between the Columbia and Marina Districts and were unable to tour this specific residence whilst in town. Shortly after their visit this residence was removed from the market. Months later when they visited in August it was listed again! We negotiated a contingent offer, meaning the seller was OK with them having to sell their home in Hawaii before making a final commitment on this purchase. We even negotiated a longer timeline than normal! Escrow as a breeze and we negotiated credits for repairs to be made and even worked out to have our contractors make those repairs prior to close of escrow so that the condo would be move in ready upon their arrival. While they sold their home in Hawaii and worked through their cross ocean move, Nicole had boots on the ground to orchestrate all of the moving parts between contractors, cleaning crews & furniture delivery. She even arranged a warm welcome with neighbors for a day on the bay on the Pacific Dream community yacht!
