First, the subfloor is soft in a few areas, including around the toilet in the master bath, and under the refrigerator. New interior doors were installed, but 2 have not been painted and 2 others are stained. The door trims have not been painted either. The front and back exterior doors are original, so they are functional but unsightly. The kitchen appears to have been re-faced many years ago in a light oak color. It is now not only pass, but shows wear and tear. The wallpaper has been removed, leaving what appears to be the back side of paneling. The breakfast nook also dates the look. New carpet and laminate were installed in 2018; the laminate still looks good, but the carpet shows much wear. The master bathroom and the laundry room have not been updated.
